Who May Use MENTOR
MENTOR is for parents and legal guardians of youth athletes ages 5–18. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Children may not use the platform directly.
Your Account
- You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at hello@mentorathlete.app.
- You may invite co-admins, coaches, or viewers. You are responsible for their activity.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use MENTOR for any unlawful purpose
- Do not upload false or fraudulent information
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Do not reverse engineer or redistribute any part of MENTOR
Your Data
You own the data you enter into MENTOR. By using the platform, you grant Mentor Athlete a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the MENTOR service. You may export or delete your data at any time.
Payments & Subscriptions
- Your subscription renews automatically on your billing date each month unless cancelled before that date.
- Cancel anytime through account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds handled case-by-case — contact hello@mentorathlete.app.
- Founding family rates are locked for the lifetime of your account.
MENTOR Intelligence
Intellectual Property
MENTOR™ and all platform features are the intellectual property of Mentor Athlete. You may not use our brand or platform code without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mentor Athlete shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
